Takenpakket:

  • Coördineren van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden en prioriteiten binnen de weverij, met een vlotte afstemming tussen operatoren, techniekers en kwaliteit.
  • Uitvoeren van technische weefsel analyses, beheren van instellingen parameters en administratief verwerken van kwaliteit wissels.
  • Bewaken van kwaliteitscontroles op de werkvloer, opsporen van afwijkingen en onderzoeken van onderliggende oorzaken samen met de betrokken teams.
  • Opvolgen van KPI's, rendementen en productiegegevens via ERP en Excel, om deze te vertalen naar gerichte verbeteracties voor efficiëntie en kwaliteit.

Profiel:

  • Bachelordiploma in een technische richting of een gelijkwaardig niveau opgebouwd door praktijkervaring.
  • Sterke affiniteit met een productie-omgeving en bij voorkeur kennis van textiel- of weefprocessen.
  • Organisatorisch, nauwkeurig en kwaliteitsbewust ingesteld met een hele goede kennis van MS Office (vooral Excel).
  • Communicatief en verbindend, met een uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands en een goede basis van het Frans en/of Engels.
