Voor onze winkel zoeken we een enthousiaste IT & Telecom Store Medewerker

Je wordt een vertrouwd gezicht voor klanten: je luistert naar hun vraag, denkt praktisch mee en helpt hen de juiste keuze te maken. Of het nu gaat om een laptop, printer, software, accessoires of een klein technisch probleem: jij legt alles helder en toegankelijk uit.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je ontvangt klanten en geeft passend, eerlijk advies over IT-producten en oplossingen.
  • Je luistert naar de behoeften van de klant en vertaalt die naar een duidelijke, concrete aanbeveling.
  • Je demonstreert producten en helpt bij basisinstellingen, installaties en configuraties.
  • Je neemt toestellen voor herstelling in, en registreert de nodige gegevens zorgvuldig
  • Je beantwoordt vragen, maakt of volgt offertes op en zorgt voor een aangename klantenervaring.
  • Je draagt mee zorg voor een overzichtelijke, aantrekkelijke winkel en een correcte voorraad.

Je hoeft niet alles te weten: vooral je interesse in technologie en je wil om bij te leren maken het verschil.

  • Je hebt een goede basiskennis van computers, hardware, software en randapparatuur.
  • Je bent behulpzaam, communicatief en voelt aan wat een klant nodig heeft.
  • Je legt technische zaken begrijpelijk uit, ook aan mensen die minder vertrouwd zijn met IT.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, neemt initiatief en houdt graag overzicht.
  • Ervaring in verkoop, retail of klantenservice is een pluspunt.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en hebt een professioneel voorkomen.
