Vast 90k BEDRIJFSPROFIEL Onze partner bouwt en host al ruim twintig jaar een SaaS-platform voor urenregistratie, projectmanagement en facturatie. Meer dan 500klanten en ruim 23.000 professionals gebruiken het platform dagelijks. De sterkste niche zit niet in simpele urenregistratie voor kleinebedrijven, maar in complexe samenwerkingsprojecten waarbij meerdere organisaties, tarieven, rollen en goedkeuringsstromensamenkomen. Denk aan grote infrastructuur- en bouwprojecten waar verschillende aannemers naast elkaar werken, en aan R&D-bedrijven die hun uren moeten kunnen verantwoorden richting WBSO-subsidies.Continuïteit en security zijn geen bijzaak: het platform is recent ISAE 3402 Type II-gecertificeerd en draait bewust opNederlandse/Europese servers. Een paar jaar geleden richtte de directie zelf een Raad van Advies op om het bedrijf verder teprofessionaliseren.Het bedrijf, gevestigd in Amsterdam, telt zo'n twintig medewerkers en wordt geleid door twee mede-oprichters die zelf ooit developerwaren en nog steeds inhoudelijk aan tafel zitten. Geen managementlagen, wel korte lijnen. Verder bestaat het developmentteam uit 5developers waar jij de lead over wordt. FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING Als Tech Lead neem je de technische kar over van een van de oprichters, die zich terugtrekt uit de operationele techniek. Je bent nietalleen de senior van een team van vier developers, maar ook het vaste technische aanspreekpunt richting klanten en pak je eigenlijk ookwat PO taken op. Je moet het dus leuk vinden om breed ingezet te worden! Je programmeert zelf mee in PHP (custom backend, geen standaardframework) en denkt mee over de front-end Je bouwt overzicht op over product en team, en neemt geleidelijk verantwoordelijkheid over Je bent het technisch aanspreekpunt voor klanten bij koppelingen en integraties, en vertaalt tussen business en techniek Je voert voortgangsgesprekken met je team en begeleidt junior/medior developers richting meer eigenaars...
