Jij gaat het maken Als Tech Lead Outsystems ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de technische kwaliteit en voorspelbare oplevering van onze digitale oplossingen. Je vertaalt businessdoelen naar robuuste softwareontwerpen, borgt standaarden en non-functionals zoals security en performance, en coacht ontwikkelaars richting een high-performing DevOps-cultuur. Wat ga je doen? Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het volledige technische traject: van ontwerp tot implementatie en optimalisatie van lowcode oplossingen. Jouw resultaatgebieden zijn: - Ontwerp: Opzetten van softwareontwerpen binnen architectuurkaders, vertalen van klanteisen naar backlogitems en adviseren over technische keuzes. - Aanpak: Bewaken van de technische lijn, opstellen van roadmaps en coachen van ontwikkelaars. - Implementatie: Meebouwen aan kritieke onderdelen, uitvoeren van reviews en zorgen voor werkende, onderhoudbare software. - Informatieontwikkeling: Borging van versiebeheer, documentatie en actieve kennisdeling. - Processen: Monitoren van KPI's zoals doorlooptijd en stabiliteit en werken aan structurele verbeteringen. - Security: Implementeren van het beveiligingsbeleid om continuïteit en veiligheid van systemen te garanderen.
