De organisatie detacheert software engineers bij toonaangevende opdrachtgevers en groeit hard, dus recruitment zit in het hart van het bedrijf. Jouw resultaten zijn direct zichtbaar in de groei van de organisatie. Als Tech Recruiter ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volledige werving van engineers. Je sourcet kandidaten, voert gesprekken en begeleidt het proces tot en met de aanbieding. Je werkt nauw samen met de directie en bepaalt mede hoe de organisatie groeit. Er ligt veel ruimte voor eigen initiatief: nieuwe kanalen, events of een andere aanpak van de doelgroep. Wat werkt, mag je uitbouwen.
