Das Arbeitsmarktservice Judenburg-Zweigstelle Knittelfeld sucht mittels Personalvorauswahl zur Verstärkung des Teams einen 1 Techn. Vertriebsinnendienstmitarbeiter (m/w/x) mit Arbeitsvorbereitung TÄTIGKEITSBEREICH:

* Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen: Eingehende Anrufe und E-Mails annehmen, prüfen und beantworten, Erstkontakt zu den Kund_innen

* Kalkulationen und Angebote erstellen und nachfassen

* Erstellung von Arbeitsplänen

* Aufträge abwickeln: Auftragserfassung, Terminverfolgung, Abstimmung mit Produktion, Lager und Logistik

* Reklamationen managen: Schnell, verbindlich, lösungsorientiert

* Einkaufstätigkeiten: Unterstützung bei der Bedarfsplanung, Vormaterialien anfragen, bearbeiten

ANFORDERUNGSPROFIL:

* abgeschlossene Ausbildung (HASCH, HAK, HTL-Absolvent_innen)

* Gute MS Office-Kenntnisse (Word, Excel, Outlook,...) und PC-Kenntnisse

* Führerschein B
