Ter uitbreiding van het salesteam is dit innovatieve bedrijf op zoek naar een Technical Accountmanager die zich graag inzet om klanten vooruit te helpen door een technische oplossing op maat uit te werken. Je identificeert de technische behoeften van klanten en ontwerpt oplossingen die aansluiten op hun vereisten. Samen met het salesteam beheer je bestaande klantrelaties en spoor je nieuwe opportuniteiten op, die je vervolgens vertaalt naar de engineeringsafdeling. Je stelt presentaties op om technische oplossingen overtuigend aan klanten voor te stellen en bent verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen en opvolgen van offertes. Daarnaast houd je je CRM-systeem zorgvuldig up-to-date als belangrijkste planmatige salestool. Je biedt technische ondersteuning aan klanten en werkt nauw samen met ons technische team om problemen efficiënt op te lossen. Tot slot stel je klantbudgetten op en zorg je voor een nauwkeurige opvolging ervan.

  • Je hebt technische affiniteit en bij voorkeur heb je reeds ervaring als accountmanager in een technische omgeving.
  • Bij voorkeur ben je in het bezit van een relevante Bachelor of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en klantvriendelijk.
  • Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal zeer goed, beheersing Duitse of Franse taal is een pluspunt.
