Voor een gevestigde producent van modulaire interieurinrichtingen zoeken we een technisch administratief medewerker die offertes uitwerkt op basis van technische plannen en klantaanvragen. Deze onderneming heeft al meer dan 50 jaar ervaring in het ontwikkelen van oplossingen die het aankoopgedrag van consumenten positief beïnvloeden. Vanuit het hoofdkantoor werk je samen met collega's in Duitsland, Tsjechië en Spanje. Het bedrijf telt ongeveer een 200 tal medewerkers en is actief binnen de sector voor commerciële inrichting voor grote, internationale spelers.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Als technisch, administratief bediende bereid je offertes voor en je berekent prijzen op basis van technische tekeningen en plattegronden
  • Je verwerkt technische aanvragen en overlegt met de technische tekenaars om tot de beste oplossing te komen
  • Je volgt klantendossiers nauwgezet op en beantwoordt vragen over leveringen en nabestellingen
  • Samenwerken met productie en logistiek is essentieel zodat elke levering correct en tijdig verloopt
  • Dagelijks heb je contact met klanten waarbij je ondersteuning biedt en gericht meedenkt
  • Je beschikt over relevante administratieve ervaring en kan vlot overweg met een ERP-systeem
  • Technisch inzicht is een must en je kan technische tekeningen lezen
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Frans, een goede kennis van het Engels is mooi meegenomen, dit omwille van communicatie met de klant
