Jouw functie als Technical Advisor Non-Live Retail (BOAR) Als Technical Advisor Non-Life Retail beheer je verzekeringsdossiers voor particuliere klanten binnen het BOAR-domein en fungeer je als centraal aanspreekpunt voor makelaars, subagenten, klanten en verzekeraars. Je analyseert risico’s, werkt passende offertes uit, geeft advies op maat over waarborgen en polisvoorwaarden en volgt dossiers proactief op. Daarnaast sta je in voor het opmaken en beheren van polissen, zorg je voor een correcte administratieve verwerking in de systemen en onderhoud je nauwe contacten met verzekeringsmaatschappijen. In samenwerking met collega’s en partners draag je bij aan een klantgerichte en kwalitatieve dienstverlening, waarbij je afhankelijk van je ervaring een groeitraject doorloopt van dossierbeheer naar het uitwerken van offertes.

  • Bachelor Financiën & Verzekeringen of gelijkwaardige ervaring, aangevuld met een PCP/VVD-attest
  • Ervaring met of sterke affiniteit voor Non-Life verzekeringsproducten
  • Kennis van schadebeheer of bereidheid om je hierin te verdiepen
  • Leergierig en vlot in het aanleren en gebruiken van nieuwe tools
  • Klantgerichte mindset met oog voor service en commerciële opportuniteiten
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk in (NL & FR)
  • Nauwkeurig en administratief sterk georganiseerd
