USG Professionals is op zoek naar een Technical Application & Service Lead – R&D Applications voor onze klant in regio Brussel. Dit kan zowel als USG Project consultant als op Freelance basis!

Ben jij een Technical Application/Service Lead die energie haalt uit het verbinden van technologie, business, infrastructuur en leveranciers?

Voor een uitdagende omgeving zoeken we een ervaren Application Platform Manager / Technical Service Owner die de end-to-end verantwoordelijkheid opneemt voor bedrijfskritische R&D-applicaties en platformen.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de volledige levenscyclus van deze diensten: van infrastructuur en applicatiebeheer tot roadmaps, budgetten, leveranciersbeheer, upgrades, projecten en continue verbetering.

Dit is een veelzijdige rol waarin technische expertise, productmanagement en projectmanagement samenkomen.

Jouw Verantwoordelijkheden

Applicatie- & Infrastructuurbeheer

  • Verantwoordelijk voor de volledige levenscyclus van kritische R&D-applicaties en platformen.
  • Hands-on werken met Windows- en Linux-serveromgevingen voor deployment en onderhoud van applicaties.
  • Ontwerpen en plannen van infrastructuur voor maatwerkapplicaties.
  • Beheer van licentieservers en tools zoals FlexLM en LMtools, inclusief troubleshooting en verlengingen.
  • Beheer van ALM-platformen, bij voorkeur met ervaring in PTC-producten.
  • Coördineren van applicatie-upgrades, migraties en Disaster Recovery-activiteiten.
  • Ondersteunen van R&D-engineers bij het gebruik van bedrijfskritische applicaties.
  • Werken met containerplatformen zoals AWS ECS of vergelijkbare technologieën.
  • Toepassen van een brede kennis van full-stack infrastructuurtechnologieën.
  • Samenwerken met multidisciplinaire teams tijdens ontwerp- en implementatietrajecten.
  • Bereidheid om occasioneel buiten de kantooruren upgrades of migraties te ondersteunen.

Product- & Projectmanagement

  • Definiëren en communiceren van de productvisie, strategie en roadmap in lijn met de bedrijfsdoelstellingen.
  • Vertalen van businessbehoeften naar requirements en user stories in JIRA.
  • Beheren en prioriteren van de product backlog om maximale businesswaarde te realiseren.
  • Samenwerken met business-, engineering- en andere stakeholders om projecten succesvol op te leveren.
  • Werken volgens PMO-processen en opvolgen van projectvoortgang.
  • Analyseren van prestaties en stimuleren van continue verbeteringen.
  • Actief feedback verzamelen bij Product Owners en stakeholders om adoptie en tevredenheid te verhogen.

Financieel- & Leveranciersbeheer

  • Beheer van CAPEX- en OPEX-budgetten binnen jouw domein.
  • Betrokkenheid bij purchase order-processen en leveranciersbeheer.
  • Opstellen van financiële forecasts en identificeren van optimalisatiekansen.
  • Coördineren van leveranciers rond licenties, verlengingen en servicelevering.
  • Fungeren als de centrale verantwoordelijke voor zowel het technische platform als de businesswaarde die het creëert.

Wat Breng Je Mee?

Technisch

  • 6 tot 10 jaar relevante ervaring in application/platform management of technical service management.
  • Sterke kennis van Windows- en Linux-infrastructuur.
  • Ervaring met applicatiedeployment, onderhoud, upgrades en migraties.
  • Ervaring met cloud- en containerplatformen, bij voorkeur AWS.
  • Kennis van ALM-platformen; ervaring met PTC is een sterke troef.
  • Ervaring met licentiebeheer, idealiter via FlexLM / LMtools.
  • Kennis van Disaster Recovery en infrastructuurarchitectuur.
  • Ervaring met ondersteuning van engineering- of R&D-applicaties.

Business & Management

  • Sterke vaardigheden in product ownership en projectmanagement.
  • Ervaring met het definiëren van roadmaps, requirements en backlogbeheer.
  • Ervaring met JIRA en Agile-methodologieën.
  • Sterke stakeholder- en leveranciersmanagementvaardigheden.
  • Ervaring met het beheren van CAPEX/OPEX-budgetten.
  • Uitstekende communicatieve en samenwerkingsvaardigheden.
