  • Elektronische instrumenten en subassemblies assembleren volgens tekeningen, specificaties en werkinstructies.
  • Microsolderen en rework uitvoeren onder vergroting.
  • Problemen met PCB's en componenten opsporen en herstellen.
  • Kleine en delicate elektronische componenten nauwkeurig hanteren.
  • Thermische pasta, silicone en lijmen aanbrengen volgens vastgelegde processen.
  • Elektronische modules programmeren en configureren.
  • Elektronische tests en kwaliteitscontroles tijdens het productieproces uitvoeren.
  • Defecten of non-conformiteiten identificeren en bijdragen aan troubleshooting.
  • Je werkzaamheden nauwkeurig registreren om volledige traceerbaarheid te garanderen.
  • ESD-, kwaliteits-, veiligheids- en 5S-procedures volgen.
  • Verschillende assemblage- en testprocessen aanleren naarmate de productie verder groeit.
  • Een technische achtergrond in elektronica, elektromechanica of een aanverwant domein.
  • Bij voorkeur minstens 3 jaar relevante industriële ervaring.
  • Praktijkervaring met elektronische assemblage, solderen, PCB-werk, testen, herstellingen of precisieproductie.
  • Uitstekende fijne motoriek en veel aandacht voor detail.
  • Een methodische, betrouwbare en kwaliteitsgerichte manier van werken.
  • Een hands-on mentaliteit: je werkt graag met het product en bent graag praktisch bezig.
  • Nieuwsgierigheid en flexibiliteit om verschillende taken en processen aan te leren.
  • Engels: goede professionele kennis (minimum B1) – essentieel voor dagelijkse communicatie en instructies.
  • Nederlands of Frans: vlotte beheersing van minstens één van beide talen.
