Technical Assistant - Facilities & Utilities | Beerse

Jouw taken

  • Je organiseert en coördineert het technisch onderhoud van de utilities-installaties, waaronder aardgas, perslucht, stikstof, oliën en andere energiestromen, en bewaakt de continuïteit en betrouwbaarheid van deze installaties.
  • Je volgt industriële airconditioning- en verwarmingsinstallaties op en zorgt voor een stabiele en efficiënte werking ervan.
  • Je staat in voor de correcte voeding en distributie van energiestromen tot bij de eindgebruiker, inclusief opslag, conditionering en verdere verspreiding.
  • Je voert risicoanalyses uit en neemt deel aan HAZOP-studies in samenwerking met interne diensten zoals sustainability en engineering.
  • Je initieert, coördineert en volgt technische verbeterprojecten, herstellingen en vervangingen op in overleg met de hiërarchische lijn en technische stakeholders.
  • Je vervangt de Shift Supervisor Utilities & Facilities bij afwezigheid en neemt operationele taken en planning tijdelijk over.
  • Je beheert de administratieve opvolging van installaties, waaronder het opmaken van bestelaanvragen en het verzekeren van de bevoorrading van grond- en hulpstoffen.
  • Je volgt certificeringen, wetgevingen en inspecties op en zorgt voor de nodige technische rapporteringen.
  • Je beheert en actualiseert onderhoudsplanningen in het maintenance management systeem en stuurt bij waar nodig.
  • Je voert inspecties uit op geleverde goederen en bespreekt technische specificaties met leveranciers.
  • Je volgt externe aannemers en onderaannemers op tijdens onderhoudswerkzaamheden en bewaakt de kwaliteit en voortgang van de werken.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met productie, engineering, maintenance en andere interne diensten om een veilige, efficiënte en betrouwbare werking van de utilities te garanderen.
  • Je beschikt over een technisch diploma.
  • Je hebt meerdere jaren ervaring binnen technisch onderhoud, bij voorkeur in een industriële omgeving.
  • Je hebt een brede technische kennis en inzicht in planmatig onderhoud en energiestromen.
  • Je hebt kennis van of affiniteit met utilities zoals gas, lucht, oliën en andere energiedragers.
  • Je kan vlot werken met MS Office, SAP en maintenance management systemen.
  • Je bent analytisch sterk en kan technische processen begrijpen, opvolgen en verbeteren.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, stelt prioriteiten en behoudt overzicht in een complexe technische omgeving.
  • Je bent communicatief en werkt vlot samen met interne en externe stakeholders.
  • Je kan zowel zelfstandig werken als functioneren binnen een team en neemt verantwoordelijkheid in je rol.
