Voor een internationale onderneming binnen metaalverwerking in de regio van Roeselare zoeken we een Technical Buyer ter versterking van het aankoopteam. Binnen deze rol combineer je strategische aankoop met operationele opvolging, waarbij je verantwoordelijk bent voor leveranciersselectie, prijsafspraken en contractonderhandelingen enerzijds, en het beheren van bestellingen en levertermijnen anderzijds. Daarnaast werk je nauw samen met productie, engineering en supply chain om aankoopprocessen verder te optimaliseren.

Je komt terecht in een financieel stabiele organisatie met een sterke industriële verankering en een directe communicatiestijl. Meer dan 600 medewerkers bouwen dagelijks mee aan kwalitatieve oplossingen binnen een gespecialiseerde niche van metaaltechnologie. Dankzij een jaarlijkse omzet van ongeveer €300 miljoen blijft de onderneming investeren in automatisatie, technische expertise en verdere groei.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Je vraagt offertes op bij leveranciers en onderhandelt doelgericht over prijs, kwaliteit en levertermijnen binnen technische aankoopdossiers
  • Het opstellen van lastenboeken en aankooporders combineer je met een nauwkeurige opvolging van bestellingen en leveringen binnen de productieomgeving
  • Dagelijks stem je af met engineering, productie en interne stakeholders om technische aankopen vlot en efficiënt te laten verlopen
  • Dankzij jouw inzicht in technische tekeningen maak je correcte aankoopbeslissingen en onderhoud je sterke relaties met externe leveranciers
  • Een actieve rol opnemen in voorraadbeheer geeft jou energie, waarbij je mee waakt over een gezond werkkapitaal en een optimale beschikbaarheid van materialen
  • Een Bachelor- of Masterdiploma binnen een technische richting vormt een sterke basis voor deze functie
  • Relevante ervaring binnen een aankoopfunctie in een technische of industriële omgeving is noodzakelijk
  • Goede kennis Nederlands en Engels
