Als Claims Engineer analyseer en evalueer je teruggestuurde onderdelen van klanten en bepaal je de oorzaak van eventuele defecten of schade. Je combineert hands-on werk met administratieve opvolging en rapporteert de resultaten aan interne stakeholders.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Je onderzoekt het technische karakter van breuken of defecten en voert waar nodig demontages uit
  • Daarbij analyseer je of het onderdeel correct gebruikt werd en of het defect te wijten is aan productie, transport of klant
  • Testresultaten en meetrapporten verwerk je nauwkeurig in het interne kwaliteitsprogramma
  • Op basis van je analyses ondersteun je de kwaliteitsverantwoordelijke en aankoopafdeling bij correctieve acties en verbeterinitiatieven
  • Tot slot bewaak je de kwaliteit van alle teruggestuurde onderdelen en denk je actief mee over procesverbeteringen
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor of A2 in (auto)mechanica, of gelijkwaardige technische ervaring.
  • Starters zijn welkom: ervaring is geen vereiste; kennis van hydraulica, elektrische componenten of agri-onderdelen is een mooie plus
  • Hands-on ingesteld en communicatief vaardig in Nederlands of Engels
