Deine Rollen bei x-tention

* Technische Kundenbetreuung mit Fokus auf nachhaltige Kundenbeziehungen und hohe Lösungsqualität

* Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen Kunden und internen Fachbereichen

* Erhebung, Analyse und Strukturierung von Kundenanforderungen sowie Ableitung geeigneter technischer Lösungskonzepte

* Planung, Steuerung und Kontrolle von Kundenprojekten über alle Projektphasen hinweg

* Aktives Stakeholder-Management und Kommunikation mit Kunden sowie Fachbereichen

Diese Skills solltest du mitbringen

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Rolle, z. B. als Technical Account Manager, Project Manager, Technical Consultant oder in einer hybriden Funktion

* Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis sowie die Fähigkeit, technische Inhalte adressatengerecht zu vermitteln

* Sicheres Auftreten im direkten Kundenkontakt sowie hohe Kommunikations- und Koordinationskompetenz

* Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Erfahrung im Stakeholdermanagement auf unterschiedlichen Ebenen

* Kenntnisse im Gesundheitssektor von Vorteil

* Fundierte Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
