Technical Coordinator Production Line - Velsen-Noord - Location: Velsen-Noord - Hours per week: 40 - Salary indication: 75-100K - Professional level: Bachelor (HBO) - Asset management lifecycle: Production & Maintenance - Employment type: Interim - Field of study: Mechanical Engineering - Function group: Mechanical Engineering - Function area: Production and Maintenance Introduction The technical point of contact for one complete production line: from the malfunction to the scope of the next shutdown. Function What you will do · You are the technical point of contact for the DSP and owner of the installation performance: you manage availability and reliability and translate the annual plan into a clear technical scope. · You monitor the quality of notifications, play an active role in the morning cycle, and convert OEE data and practical knowledge into concrete improvement actions. Unplanned downtime is your responsibility. · In the event of complex malfunctions, you lead the failure analysis, perform root cause analyses, and ensure that the same problem does not recur. · As section shutdown coordinator, you determine the maintenance scope in consultation with the shutdown manager: what happens, which installation parts can be safely isolated, and how the preventive maintenance plan fits into the shutdowns. During the shutdown, you monitor progress, quality, and technical choices. · You establish isolation requirements and assess isolation plans and work permits together with production. You manage maintenance costs, forecasting, and realization, safeguard legally required maintenance, and pick up maintenance tasks that were previously deferred for other priorities.
