Als Technical Data Steward werk je aan data lineage, source-to-target mapping en een betrouwbaar HR-datamodel. Je zorgt dat data vanuit SuccessFactors goed herleidbaar is naar Power BI en klaar is voor hergebruik binnen de organisatie. Wat ga je doen? Onze opdrachtgever werkt aan een toekomstvaste data- en analyticsomgeving voor HR. Operationele HR-data uit SAP SuccessFactors wordt ontsloten naar centrale datasets en Power BI. Jij zorgt voor een duidelijke technische verbinding tussen HR-data, SuccessFactors en het enterprise datamodel. Je analyseert bestaande Power BI-facts, dimensions en semantische modellen. Vervolgens breng je in kaart waar de data vandaan komt en hoe deze wordt verwerkt. Je legt objecten, velden, sleutels, relaties en technische bewerkingen zorgvuldig vast. Daarbij maak je de data lineage inzichtelijk: van SAP SuccessFactors via centrale datasets naar Power BI. Je signaleert onduidelijke bronvelden, dubbele gegevens en problemen met datakwaliteit. Zo draag je bij aan betrouwbare en herbruikbare HR-dataproducten. Jouw werkzaamheden - Analyseren van Power BI-facts, dimensions en semantische modellen; - Herleiden van HR-data naar SAP SuccessFactors-objecten, tabellen en velden; - Vastleggen van source-to-target mappings voor HR-data; - Documenteren van sleutels, relaties, join-logica en transformaties; - Inzichtelijk maken van data lineage van SuccessFactors naar Power BI; - Identificeren van dubbele, inconsistente of onduidelijke bronvelden; - Vastleggen van actuele en historische data en de bijbehorende verwerking; - Opstellen en onderhouden van technische metadata en een HR data dictionary; - Signaleren van data quality issues en aandragen van structurele oplossingen; - Samenwerken met SuccessFactors-specialisten, data engineers, Power BI develope...
