Als Technical Engineer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het onderhoud, verbeteren, ontwerpen, verbouwen en nieuwbouwen van productiemachines en randapparatuur. Je brengt techniek, betrouwbaarheid, productiviteit en onderhoud samen en speelt een belangrijke rol in het verder ontwikkelen van het machinepark. Werkzaamheden: ontwikkelen, verbeteren en implementeren van onderhoudsconcepten; analyseren en oplossen van complexe en terugkerende technische storingen; vertalen van productie-, slijtage- en storingsdata naar verbeteringen en re-engineering van productiemachines; inzetten van nieuwe technologieën om machines slimmer en efficiënter te maken; bijdragen aan een hogere productiesnelheid, minder afval, lager energieverbruik en betere productkwaliteit; produceren van nieuwe tooling (slijtdelen, stanshuizen en matrijzen) binnen de eigen gereedschapsmakerij; meedenken over refurbishing, aanpassingen en nieuwbouw van productiemachines. Je werkt binnen een klein technisch team met veel zelfstandigheid en ruimte om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen als engineer. Arbeidsvoorwaarden Bruto maandsalaris tussen €3.255 en €3.882 (afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring); 8,33% vakantiegeld; 25 vakantiedagen; 4 collectieve vrije dagen; 92 ADV-uren; goede pensioenregeling; reiskostenvergoeding voor woon-werkverkeer; veel mogelijkheden voor opleiding en ontwikkeling; afwisselende fulltime functie in dagdienst; prettige werkomgeving met korte lijnen en betrokken collega's; veel ruimte voor eigen initiatief en technische ontwikkeling. productieomgeving; duidelijke visie op innovatie en voorspelbaar onderhoud; minimaal 4 jaar ervaring als Technical Engineer, Maintenance Engineer of vergelijkbare functie; sterke analytische vaardigheden; goede communicatieve vaardigheden in zowel Nederlands als Engels; ervaring met CAD-tekenen en PLC-programmeren is een pré; proactieve houding; vermogen om met verschillende niveaus binnen een organisatie te communiceren; woonplaats binnen circa 25 kilometer van Heemskerk. Hier kom je te werken Onze opdrachtgever is een kleinschalige, internationale organisatie die al ruim 130 jaar actief is binnen de productie van industriële labels voor onder andere de tuinbouw, industrie en evenementensector. De organisatie werkt steeds meer met gerecyclede materialen en richt zich sterk op innovatie, kwaliteit en verduurzaming. Met ongeveer 30 medewerkers is sprake van een open en resultaatgerichte cultuur met korte lijnen en veel ruimte voor eigen initiatief. Omdat de organisatie actief is in een gespecialiseerde niche, zijn standaardmachines niet altijd geschikt voor het productieproces. Hierdoor wordt veel gewerkt aan het refurbishen, aanpassen en verbeteren van bestaande machines en daarnaast samen met gespecialiseerde leveranciers aan de ontwikkeling van nieuwe machines.
