Je werkt binnen een duidelijke technische structuur:

  • 1e lijn: Operatoren stellen machines in, bewaken de processen en lossen kleine storingen zelfstandig op.
  • 2e lijn: Stellers ondersteunen operatoren bij omstellingen en complexere storingen.
  • 3e lijn: Jij analyseert structurele problemen, voert verbeteringen door en voorkomt dat dezelfde storing terugkeert.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je analyseert terugkerende storingen en vertaalt deze naar structurele verbeteringen.
  • Je voert mechanische optimalisaties uit aan machines, zoals aanpassingen aan grijpers, afstellingen en onderdelen.
  • Je ontwikkelt verbeteringen die op meerdere productielijnen kunnen worden toegepast.
  • Je controleert en optimaliseert machineparameters voor maximale betrouwbaarheid.
  • Je ondersteunt collega's bij complexe technische vraagstukken.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met operatoren en stellers en verwerkt hun praktijkervaring in verbeterprojecten.
  • Je maakt technische tekeningen, werkinstructies en documentatie.
  • Je begeleidt collega's bij de implementatie van verbeteringen en deelt jouw technische kennis.
  • Je leert onze machines volledig kennen, inclusief omstellingen en opstartprocedures, zodat je processen optimaal begrijpt.

Daarnaast beschik je over:

  • Een technisch diploma (A2) of gelijkwaardige ervaring. Een bachelor is mooi meegenomen.
  • Een sterke mechanische achtergrond; ervaring in technisch onderhoud is een belangrijke troef.
  • Basiskennis van elektriciteit, hydraulica en pneumatiek is een plus.
  • Een analytische, oplossingsgerichte en proactieve ingesteldheid.
  • De motivatie om je verder te verdiepen in onze productieprocessen.
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en de bereidheid om jouw kennis met collega's te delen.
