Technical Information Security Officer Gemeente Katwijk Functie omschrijving Technical Information Security Officer 36 uur per week | Katwijk | schaal 11 Als Technical Information Security Officer geef jij technische informatiebeveiliging binnen het cluster Informatie en Automatisering een duidelijk aanspreekpunt. Je brengt overzicht in securityvraagstukken, auditbevindingen en verbeteracties. Je vertaalt beleid en risico's naar uitvoerbare maatregelen en helpt bepalen wat prioriteit heeft, wat haalbaar is en wat nodig is om aantoonbaar in control te zijn. Wat ga je doen? Als TISO zorg je dat technische informatiebeveiliging binnen I&A praktisch wordt georganiseerd. Je werkt nauw samen met de CISO, ISO, architecten, beheerders, applicatiespecialisten, leveranciers en proceseigenaren. Een belangrijk deel van je eerste opdracht ligt bij compliance, auditprocessen en aantoonbaarheid. Denk aan ENSIA, BIO2, ISO 27001/27002 en de Cyberbeveiligingswet. Er liggen concrete verbeterpunten, maar ook processen die beter moeten worden ingericht. Jij helpt scherp krijgen wat nodig is, wie aan zet is en welke maatregelen prioriteit hebben. Je bent dus niet alleen degene die ziet wat beter moet. Je zorgt ook dat verbeteringen worden georganiseerd, opgevolgd en geborgd. Dit zijn je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden - Je brengt regie op technische informatiebeveiliging binnen I&A. Je houdt overzicht over securityvragen, auditbevindingen, technische risico's en verbeteracties. Je zorgt dat duidelijk is wat prioriteit heeft, wie aan zet is en welke voortgang wordt geboekt. - Je vertaalt beleid, risico's en normenkaders naar uitvoerbare maatregelen. Je maakt de verbinding tussen de kaders van CISO/ISO en de praktijk van beheer, projecten, leveranciers en technische specialisten. Daarbij kijk je steeds naar risico, haalbaarheid, capaciteit en aantoonbaarheid. - Je versterkt de basis voor compliance en audits. Je brengt structuur aan in p...
