Voor een internationale speler met een sterke lokale verankering zoeken we een Inside Sales Technical Representative. In deze rol combineer je technische kennis met commerciële ondersteuning en werk je nauw samen met collega’s van sales en andere interne teams. Dit vanuit Kontich.

De functie inhoud Wat deze job als Inside Sales Technical Representative inhoudt:

  • Technische ondersteuning bieden aan klanten rond productdimensionering, toepassingen, systeemoplossingen, accessoires en installaties
  • Opstellen en opvolgen van offertes die aansluiten bij de verwachtingen van de klant
  • Inkomende aanvragen correct inschatten, prioriteren en efficiënt opvolgen
  • Samenwerken met productmanagement, supply chain en operations om vlotte processen te garanderen
  • Ondersteunen van buitendienst en sales teams met technische informatie zoals specificaties, berekeningen, levertijden en onderhoud
  • Detecteren van nieuwe commerciële opportuniteiten en deze intern signaleren
  • Up-to-date houden van klant- en accountgegevens in het CRM-systeem
  • Promoten en toelichten van digitale tools bij klanten
  • Opvolgen van klantinteracties volgens vastgelegde service level agreements
  • Handelen volgens geldende richtlijnen rond kwaliteit, milieu, duurzaamheid, gezondheid en veiligheid

  • Gestructureerd werkt en belang hecht aan opvolging en correcte registratie
  • Zich comfortabel voelt in een team, maar ook zelfstandig kan werken
  • Vertrouwd is met MS Office-toepassingen
