Ben jij enthousiast om klanten te ondersteunen en hen van technisch advies te voorzien?

Als Inside Sales Officer bij Legrand ligt jouw focus op het beantwoorden van 2nd line vragen van klanten met betrekking tot onze producten. Daarnaast werk je quotes uit voor onze klanten, gebruikmakend van de Legrand Tools, en beheer je diverse administratieve taken.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Beantwoorden van 2nd line klantvragen over Legrand-producten, met een focus op smart home oplossingen, zowel telefonisch als per e-mail. Op termijn ben je thuis in het hele Legrand productgamma!
  • Opstellen en uitwerken van quotes voor klanten, gebruikmakend van Legrand Tools en nauw samenwerken met andere teams om klantbehoeften te begrijpen en te vertalen naar oplossingen.
  • Actief beheren van klantinformatie, projecten en offertes in ons CRM-systeem en zorgen voor een nauwkeurige opvolging van klantcontacten en offertes.
  • Helpen met het loggen van de issues die binnenkomen, om zo bij te dragen aan meer efficiëntie naar de toekomst toe.
  • Uitvoeren van variërende administratieve taken, zoals het ondersteunen bij het organiseren van trainingen en het optimaliseren van interne processen en tools om de klanttevredenheid te verhogen.
  • Rapporteren aan de Sales Solutions Manager van het Operations departement.

Wie zoeken wij?

  • Een klantgerichte professional met affiniteit voor de producten van Legrand.
  • Je hebt een technische achtergrond of opleiding die je via interne opleidingen verder kan ontwikkelen en zo de rol van Inside Sales Medewerker volledig onder de knie krijgt.
  • Een commerciële en klantgerichte instelling, maar we zoeken vooral iemand die leergierig, analytisch en oplossingsgericht is met een passie voor onze markt.
  • Iemand die sterk is in administratie, en die graag nauwkeurig werkt met CRM-systemen en MS Office.
  • Je bent communicatief vaardig in het Nederlands of Frans, met een goed niveau van de andere landstaal of op zijn minst de motivatie om deze bij te leren. Kennis van het Engels is een pluspunt in onze internationale organisatie.
