The posting

Voor een klant in Aalst zijn we op zoek naar een Tech Lead .NET die mee vorm wil geven aan tal van interne applicaties.

In deze strategische rol kom je terecht binnen een complex en mature IT-ecosysteem. Je neemt een belangrijke technische rol op in de integratie en migratie van bestaande applicaties naar de toekomstige architectuur. Tegelijk blijf je hands-on betrokken bij de ontwikkeling binnen de bestaande .NET-stack (80% lead, 20% hands-on ontwikkeling).

Je eerste project focust op de optimalisatie van een bestaande .NET-applicatie. Vanuit deze opdracht krijg je de mogelijkheid om mee te bouwen een breder migratieproject.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Fungeren als technisch aanspreekpunt binnen het team.
  • Meewerken aan het uittekenen en uitvoeren van de migratie- en integratiestrategie
  • Actief meewerken aan de ontwikkeling binnen de bestaande .NET-stack.
  • Technische integraties uitwerken tussen bestaande applicaties en nieuwe systemen.
  • Bewaken van technische kwaliteit, architectuur en continuïteit.
  • Coachen en ondersteunen van junior en medior developers.
  • Meedenken over technische verbeteringen en moderne software engineering-praktijken.

Je komt terecht in een team van 30 collega's waarin jij de technische leiding zal nemen. Binnen dit team neem je een belangrijke technische trekkersrol op.

  • Minstens 8 jaar ervaring als .NET developer en 2 jaar ervaring in een technisch leidinggevende functie
  • Je hebt ervaring met Blazor of bent sterk gemotiveerd om hiermee aan de slag te gaan.
  • Je hebt een brede technische interesse en begrijpt hoe verschillende applicaties, API's en systemen met elkaar geïntegreerd worden.
  • Ervaring met Entity Framework, LINQ, REST API's en databases is belangrijk.
  • Je hebt interesse in migratie- en integratietrajecten en denkt graag mee over architecturale keuzes.
  • Je neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid op en vindt het leuk om als technisch aanspreekpunt te fungeren.
  • Je hebt een coachende ingesteldheid en helpt graag junior en medior developers groeien.
  • Je combineert een hands-on mentaliteit met het vermogen om het grotere technische plaatje te bewaken.
  • Je voelt je comfortabel binnen een complexe en mature IT-omgeving.
