Jobomschrijving

  • Technisch aanspreekpunt voor complexe storingen en technische uitdagingen binnen de productie.
  • Analyseren van terugkerende problemen en uitwerken van structurele verbeteringen.
  • Coördineren van interventies tussen productie, onderhoud en externe partners.
  • Uitvoeren van root cause analyses en implementeren van duurzame oplossingen.
  • Optimaliseren van processen op basis van data, trends en operationele inzichten.
  • Borgen en delen van technische kennis via procedures, opleidingen en coaching.
  • Actief aanwezig op de werkvloer en ondersteuning bieden bij kritische technische vraagstukken.
  • Signaleren van verbeteropportuniteiten binnen machines, installaties en werkmethodes.

Jouw achtergrond

Bachelor Elektromechanica, Onderhoudstechnologie of gelijkwaardig door ervaring

Minstens 5 jaar ervaring binnen een technische productieomgeving

Sterke mechanische én elektrische kennis

Ervaring met troubleshooting en storingsanalyse

Vlot kunnen werken met data en Excel

Goede kennis van het Nederlands en voldoende technisch Engels
