IL TUO RUOLO Come Technical Lead AMS MES in Capgemini Engineering ti occuperai di: - Coordinare tecnicamente le attività AMS sulla piattaforma Dassault Apriso MES/MOM, garantendo qualità del servizio e rispetto degli SLA. - Guidare l'analisi e la risoluzione di incident, problem, change ed evolutive applicative. - Collaborare con stakeholder tecnici e funzionali per assicurare continuità operativa e coerenza delle soluzioni. - Supportare le attività di configurazione, integrazione, testing, rilascio e manutenzione della piattaforma MES. - Contribuire al coordinamento del team e alla diffusione delle competenze attraverso documentazione e knowledge sharing. LE TUE CARATTERISTICHE - Esperienza pluriennale (3-8 anni) in ambito MES/MOM . - Conoscenza approfondita della piattaforma Dassault Apriso . - Gestione di servizi AMS (Application Management Services) . - Coordinamento tecnico di team di supporto e delivery. - Gestione di incident, problem, defect e change management . - Configurazione, manutenzione ed evoluzione di soluzioni MES. - Troubleshooting applicativo e analisi della root cause. - Integrazione tra sistemi MES, ERP e OT (SCADA, PLC, Historian, LIMS, WMS). - Analisi di log, flussi dati e problematiche di integrazione. - Gestione di release, deployment e stabilizzazione post-rilascio. - Conoscenza delle architetture MES e dello sta...
