Voor een innovatieve productieonderneming binnen de circulaire maakindustrie zoeken we een Technical Maintenance Lead. Vanuit een moderne en sterk geautomatiseerde productieomgeving worden duurzame producten vervaardigd voor klanten in binnen- en buitenland.

Bent u een technisch sterke leidinggevende die graag dicht bij de werkvloer staat? Krijgt u energie van het begeleiden van techniekers, het analyseren van storingen en het verder verbeteren van onderhoudsprocessen? Dan kan deze functie een interessante volgende stap zijn.

In deze rol combineert u peoplemanagement, technische ondersteuning en maintenance-optimalisatie. U stuurt het team dagelijks aan, bewaakt de onderhoudsprioriteiten en blijft zelf voldoende technisch betrokken om bij complexere problemen mee richting te geven.

Wat Ga Je Doen?

  • U stuurt een team van 5 onderhoudstechniekers aan en begeleidt hen in hun dagelijkse werking.
  • U organiseert en plant preventieve en curatieve onderhoudswerkzaamheden.
  • U ondersteunt het team bij complexere mechanische en elektrische storingen.
  • U analyseert terugkerende problemen en zoekt mee naar structurele oplossingen.
  • U bewaakt kwaliteit, veiligheid en efficiëntie tijdens onderhoudswerken.
  • U werkt actief mee aan technische verbeterprojecten en optimalisaties van het machinepark.
  • U coördineert externe techniekers en contractors tijdens onderhouds- en investeringswerken.
  • U stemt dagelijks af met productie om technische stilstanden zoveel mogelijk te beperken.
  • U volgt onderhoudsplanningen en technische KPI's op en stuurt bij waar nodig.
  • U helpt bestaande onderhoudsprocessen verder structureren en professionaliseren.
  • U rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Technical Manager.

Wie Bent U?

  • U beschikt over een technische opleiding of bent gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring.
  • U heeft ervaring binnen maintenance in een industriële productieomgeving.
  • U beschikt over een sterke mechanische en elektrische technische basis.
  • U heeft ervaring in een leidinggevende of coördinerende functie, of bent klaar om deze stap te zetten.
  • U bent een coachende en hands-on leidinggevende die graag tussen de techniekers staat.
  • U kunt technische problemen gestructureerd analyseren en vertaalt deze naar praktische oplossingen.
  • U werkt georganiseerd, stelt duidelijke prioriteiten en neemt initiatief.
  • U communiceert vlot met techniekers, productie, externe partners en management.
  • Ervaring met een onderhoudsbeheersysteem is een duidelijke troef.
