Dann bietet dir unser 18-monatiges Technical Management Trainee Programm die ideale Möglichkeit, unser Unternehmen ganzheitlich kennenzulernen und dich gezielt auf eine zukünftige Fach- oder Führungsposition bei KUHN vorzubereiten. Das Traineeprogramm findet in der Zentrale der Kuhn Ladetechnik in Vöcklabruck, OÖ statt.

Du arbeitest aktiv mit, übernimmst schrittweise Verantwortung und baust dir ein fundiertes Verständnis für unser Geschäftsmodell, unsere Produkte und unsere Kunden auf.

Nach erfolgreichem Abschluss des Programms übernimmst du eine verantwortungsvolle Position an einem unserer österreichweiten Standorte - abgestimmt auf deine Stärken, deine Entwicklung während des Programms und den aktuellen Unternehmensbedarf.

Deine Perspektiven nach dem Programm: * Standortleiter / Filialleiter * Regionalleiter für mehrere Standorte * Projektleiter * Vertriebsaußendienst * Führungsfunktion in einem technischen oder kaufmännischen Bereich

Deine Stationen als Technical Management Trainee

Vertrieb (3 Monate) * Kennenlernen der Produkte * Begleitung unserer Vertriebsteams im Innen- und Außendienst * Kundenbetreuung und Angebotserstellung * Einblick in Verkaufsprozesse und Kundenbeziehungen

Materialwirtschaft (3 Monate) * Einblicke in Logistikprozesse und Warenwirtschaft * Lagerorganisation und Ersatzteilmanagement * Verständnis für die Bedeutung effizienter Lieferketten

Fahrzeugbau (3 Monate) * Kennenlernen unserer Produkte und technischen Lösungen * Mitarbeit bei Fahrzeugaufbauten, Montagen und Servicearbeiten * Verständnis für technische Abläufe und Kundenanforderungen entwickeln * Schadensabwicklung (3 Monate) * Bearbeitung technischer Reklamationen * Analyse von Schadensfällen * Zusammenarbeit mit Herstellern und Kunden

Filialbetrieb (3 Monate) * Mitarbeit in mindestens einer unserer österreichweiten Niederlassungen * Kennenlernen operativer Abläufe und Standortorganisation * Übernahme erster koordinativer Aufgaben

Kaufmännische Prozesse (3 Monate) * Grundlagen betriebswirtschaftlicher Zusammenhänge * Projektmanagement und Kalkulation

Das solltest du als Technical Management Trainee mitbringen * Abgeschlossene Ausbildung (HTL, HAK, Lehre) * Hohe technische Affinität und technisches Verständnis * Hohe Lernbereitschaft und Motivation, Verantwortung zu übernehmen * Flexibilität und Bereitschaft für Einsätze an verschiedenen Standorten in Österreich * Eigeninitiative, Engagement und unternehmerisches Denken * Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Menschen * Führerschein Klasse B
