The posting

Voor een organisatie met meerdere vestigingen in België zijn we op zoek naar een Technical Manager die technische expertise kan combineren met projectopvolging en een praktische aanpak.

  • Adviseren van siteverantwoordelijken en facility collega's over technische oplossingen en investeringen.
  • Uitwerken van technische specificaties voor nieuwe installaties en aanpassingen aan bestaande infrastructuur.
  • Opvragen en beoordelen van offertes en opvolgen van de uitvoering van technische werken.
  • Opstellen en bewaken van preventieve onderhoudsplannen.
  • Opvolgen van installaties zoals HVAC, koeltechniek, luchtbehandeling, waterbehandeling, perslucht en elektriciteit.
  • Samen met de verschillende sites prioriteiten bepalen voor onderhoud, herstellingen en investeringen.
  • Technische problemen analyseren en waar mogelijk zelf tot een oplossing komen.
  • Kleine defecten en storingen zelfstandig aanpakken.
  • Externe techniekers en leveranciers aansturen wanneer gespecialiseerde interventies nodig zijn.
  • Nieuwe technologieën en technische oplossingen onderzoeken en beoordelen.
  • Meewerken aan projecten die gericht zijn op energie-efficiëntie, betrouwbaarheid en optimalisatie.
  • Zorgen voor een uniforme aanpak en technische standaarden over de verschillende locaties heen.
  • Werkopdrachten en technische acties organiseren en opvolgen.
  • Technische regelgeving en relevante verplichtingen mee bewaken.
  • Een technische opleiding, aangevuld met een ruime praktijkervaring.
  • Minstens 10 jaar relevante technische ervaring is een sterke troef.
  • Een goede kennis van HVAC en koeltechnieken.
  • Een brede technische basis, bij voorkeur ook op het vlak van elektriciteit en gebouwgebonden installaties.
  • Ervaring met technische projecten, onderhoud en externe aannemers.
  • Het vermogen om technische vraagstukken te analyseren en verschillende oplossingen tegen elkaar af te wegen.
  • Je kunt technische informatie helder vertalen naar adviezen voor zowel operationele verantwoordelijken als management.
  • Een zelfstandige en ondernemende ingesteldheid.
  • Een hands-on mentaliteit gecombineerd met voldoende organisatorisch en strategisch inzicht.
  • Je bent bereid om jezelf bij te scholen wanneer je met een nieuwe technische uitdaging wordt geconfronteerd.
  • Een eerste ervaring met het begeleiden of aansturen van een technisch team is een plus.
