The posting

Je staat als Technical Manager Facility in voor het ontwerp, het onderhoud en de optimalisatie van technische installaties over verschillende sites in België. Je adviseert siteverantwoordelijken en facility managers over besparingen en technische oplossingen. Daarnaast stel je ontwerpeisen op voor zowel nieuwe als bestaande installaties, vraag je offertes op en volg je de uitvoering nauwgezet op.

Een doorsnee dag bestaat uit het analyseren van technische problemen, overleg met facility managers over prioriteiten en planning, en het controleren van de uitvoering van projecten. Je onderzoekt en introduceert nieuwe technologieën, houdt toezicht op het preventief onderhoudsplan en zorgt ervoor dat de wettelijke voorschriften worden nageleefd. Je werkt zowel operationeel als sturend en weet snel te schakelen waar nodig.

  • Je hebt minstens tien jaar ervaring in techniek, liefst met focus op HVAC en koeltechnieken.
  • Je beschikt over een technisch master- of bachelordiploma.
  • Je bent sterk in analyse, communicatie en probleemoplossend denken.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Frans of Nederlands en kan je minstens goed uitdrukken in de andere landstaal.
  • Je bent een echte zelfstarter en kan zelfstandig werken.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring in het aansturen van een klein technisch team.
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B en bent bereid je regelmatig te verplaatsen naar verschillende sites in België.
