Onze cliënt, een groeiende onderneming in de regio Mechelen, is op zoek naar een ervaren Technical Manager. Samen met je collega's til je de werkplaats, het magazijn en de Customer Service afdeling naar een hoger niveau d.m.v. een digitaliseringsproject én een actieve sturing/caoching van de teams.

Jobomschrijving

Als Technical Manager zal je verantwoordelijk zijn voor volgende aspecten:

  • Je geeft leiding aan de verschillende Technische teams (Werkplaats, Magazijn en Klantenservice)
  • Je analyseert en optimaliseert interne processen
  • Je implementeert KPI's, dashboards en rapportering voor operationele sturing
  • Je trekt het digitalisatieproject in en rond het magazijn
  • Je stuurt en coacht de Team Leaders met focus op samenwerking én resultaat
  • Je waakt over de veiligheid, kwaliteit en de klanttevredenheid
  • Je geeft mee vorm aan de strategische groei en vertaalt strategie naar concrete operationele realisaties

Je maakt actief deel uit van het management team van de organisatie.

  • Je beschikt over ruime leidinggevende ervaring in een technische werkomgeving
  • Ervaring in een werkomgeving waar verschillende technische handelingen plaatsvinden is een pluspunt (complexiteit)
  • Je hebt concrete ervaring met het aansturen van diverse teams én met het digitaliseren van de magazijnwerking
  • Je combineert een strategische visie met een hands-on mentaliteit
  • Je bent sterk in het aansturen van mensen, het aanbrengen van structuur én het verbeteren van processen
  • Je communiceert helder, overtuigend en verbindend
  • Je ziet oplossingen en bent een 'bouwer'
  • Je bent ondernemend, resultaatgericht en wil mee bouwen aan een duurzame toekomst van het bedrijf
