Voor een financieel sterke en internationaal actieve productieorganisatie in regio Moeskroen zoeken we een ervaren Technisch Manager die people management combineert met technische expertise en strategisch inzicht.

Je komt terecht in een moderne productieomgeving waar volop wordt geïnvesteerd in automatisering, technische innovatie en de betrouwbaarheid van het machinepark. Je krijgt de verantwoordelijkheid over de technische dienst en speelt een sleutelrol in het verder professionaliseren van de onderhoudsorganisatie.

Jobomschrijving

Wat Ga Je Doen?

  • Je neemt de dagelijkse leiding over de technische dienst en zorgt voor een efficiënte taakverdeling, duidelijke prioriteiten en een optimale samenwerking met productie.
  • Je ontwikkelt en optimaliseert de onderhoudsstrategie, waarbij je preventief, predictief en curatief onderhoud op elkaar afstemt om stilstanden te beperken.
  • Je coacht en begeleidt technische medewerkers in hun ontwikkeling en stimuleert een cultuur van eigenaarschap, samenwerking en continue verbetering.
  • Je analyseert technische storingen, onderhoudskosten en KPI's en vertaalt deze naar structurele verbeteringen die de betrouwbaarheid en efficiëntie verhogen.
  • Je initieert en begeleidt technische investerings- en automatiseringsprojecten, waarbij je verantwoordelijk bent voor de technische haalbaarheid, planning, budgetten en implementatie.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met productie, engineering en management om technische prioriteiten te bepalen en de veiligheid, capaciteit en prestaties van de installaties verder te verbeteren.

Wie Ben Je?

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor of master in Elektromechanica, Industriële Wetenschappen of een gelijkwaardige technische achtergrond door ervaring.
  • Je hebt relevante ervaring in een leidinggevende technische functie binnen een industriële productieomgeving.
  • Je beschikt over een brede kennis van industriële onderhoudstechnieken, automatisering en technische installaties.
  • Je hebt ervaring met onderhoudsoptimalisatie, people management en technische investeringsprojecten.
  • Je combineert strategisch inzicht met een hands-on mentaliteit en bent regelmatig aanwezig op de werkvloer.
  • Je bent communicatief, analytisch en besluitvaardig. Kennis van het Frans vormt een belangrijke troef.
