Je komt terecht bij een internationale voedingsproducent regio Maldegem, waar techniek, betrouwbaarheid en continue verbetering centraal staan. Binnen deze omgeving krijg je de verantwoordelijkheid over de volledige onderhoudsorganisatie en denk je mee na over zowel de operationele uitdagingen van vandaag als de technische investeringen van morgen.

Als Technical Manager breng je structuur, bepaal je prioriteiten en ontwikkel je een duidelijke langetermijnvisie voor onderhoud en technische verbeteringen. Daarbij stuur je niet alleen de technische werking aan, maar neem je ook een belangrijke rol op in het verder ontwikkelen van jouw team en de organisatie.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Als Technisch Manager bepaal je de strategische richting van de onderhoudsafdeling en maak je de juiste keuzes tussen kortetermijnnoden en technische investeringen op lange termijn
  • Je geeft leiding aan het technische team, brengt structuur in de werking en zorgt voor duidelijke prioriteiten, verantwoordelijkheden en doelstellingen
  • Met een sterke focus op people management coach en ontwikkel je jouw medewerkers
  • Samen met het management bepaal je budgetten en technische investeringen en bewaak je waar middelen het meeste rendement kunnen opleveren voor installaties, processen en de verdere ontwikkeling van de organisatie
  • Je zet verbetertrajecten op rond onderhoud, betrouwbaarheid en efficiëntie en bouwt zo verder aan een toekomstgerichte technische organisatie
  • Je beschikt over minimaal een bachelordiploma in een technische richting
  • Je hebt enkele jaren ervaring in een leidinggevende technische functie en weet hoe je een team structureert, coacht en verder ontwikkelt
  • Technisch inzicht combineer je met een sterke analytische en organisatorische aanpak, waardoor je vlot prioriteiten stelt in een dynamische omgeving
