Takenpakket:

  • In de rol van Operational Lead Site Management neem jij het voortouw bij het aansturen van een internationaal team van zo'n dertig werven specialisten, supervisors en engineers. Jouw dag draait om:
  • Het stroomlijnen van alle mechanische en elektrische installatieactiviteiten op de werf tot aan de voorbereiding op inbedrijfstelling.
  • Borgen dat alle werkzaamheden op de site voldoen aan strikte veiligheidsnormen, de kwaliteitseisen en de voorziene planning.
  • Beheren van projectrisico's, veranderende scopes en operationele escalaties in nauw overleg met projectmanagers en eindklanten.
  • Het continu optimaliseren van operationele processen, standaardisatie en het bestendig maken van de complete site-afdeling voor de toekomst.
  • Aansturen van het magazijnteam om een efficiënte logistieke workflow richting de internationale projecten te garanderen.
  • Frequente werfbezoeken afleggen in binnen- en buitenland om rechtstreeks in verbinding te staan met de teams ter plaatse.

Profiel:

  • Voor deze positie zoeken we een besluitvaardige Operational Lead Site Management die mensgericht leiderschap combineert met een sterke technische basis.
  • Een afgeronde master Elektromechanica, Industrial Engineering of een gelijkwaardig niveau door opgebouwde ervaring.
  • Aantoonbare leidinggevende ervaring binnen werf- en montagemanagement in een industriële of procestechnische context.
  • Vloeiende beheersing van het Engels en Nederlands, gecombineerd met heldere en overtuigende communicatieskills.
  • Bereidheid tot internationaal reizen om projecten en werven op locatie daadkrachtig te ondersteunen.
