CEE is een toonaangevend cleantech bedrijf dat met innovatieve technologieën de thermische productieprocessen optimaliseert in verschillende industriële sectoren. We bouwen aan klimaatpositieve industrieën en helpen bedrijven de transitie maken naar een fossielvrije toekomst. Bij ons zusterbedrijf Ray & Jules branden we onze eigen koffie. Ray & Jules is trouwens de eerste koffiebranderij die op zonne-energie werkt en een verlaagde CO2 uitstoot heeft. Onze missie? De wereld beter achterlaten dan we haar gevonden hebben door tegen 2030 jaarlijks minstens 100.000 ton CO² te besparen - gelijk aan de uitstoot van 10.000 Belgen.

Sinds juli 2026 werken CEE en Ray & Jules vanuit hetzelfde gebouw. Twee bedrijven, elk met hun eigen focus, maar met een gedeelde ambitie: bouwen aan een duurzamere toekomst. Wil jij hieraan meewerken? Ben jij iemand die werk ziet, graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt en voldoening haalt uit een goed georganiseerd atelier? Werk je graag afwisselend praktisch, technisch én ondersteunend? Dan ben jij misschien de collega die we zoeken. Als Technical Operations Medewerker speel je een belangrijke rol in de dagelijkse werking van beide bedrijven.

Wij zijn op zoek naar een hands-on nieuwe collega die mee instaat voor het dagelijks functioneren van onze koffiebranderij en het atelier.

In deze veelzijdige functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bedienen en onderhouden van onze koffiebrander en pilootinstallaties. Het bedienen van de koffiebrander omvat onder andere het vullen van de machine met koffiebonen of de brander poetsen voor en na gebruik. Je ziet erop toe dat alle machines veilig, correct en efficiënt functioneren en grijpt proactief in wanneer zich technische of praktische problemen voordoen.

Daarnaast zorg je voor een nette, georganiseerde en goed ingerichte werkomgeving in zowel het atelier als het labo. Dit houdt ook in dat je het labo dagelijks netjes houdt. Je beheert de stock van materialen en verbruiksgoederen, volgt leveringen op en zorgt ervoor dat alles tijdig beschikbaar is.

Tijdens test- en ontwikkelingsprojecten ondersteun je het labo bij praktische en technische werkzaamheden.

Tot slot ben je het aanspreekpunt voor alle facilitaire zaken en het dagelijks beheer van het gebouw. Je zorgt ervoor dat de infrastructuur en voorzieningen goed functioneren en in optimale staat blijven. Je voert kleine herstellingen en onderhoudswerken uit, volgt eventuele technische problemen op en schakelt indien nodig externe partijen in. Daarnaast waak je over een veilige en goed onderhouden werkomgeving.

Je start deeltijds (60%), maar de functie kan op termijn doorgroeien naar een 80% of voltijdse rol.

Een echte doener die energie haalt uit praktisch werk en spontaan ziet waar er werk aan de winkel is. Iemand die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt, collega’s ondersteunt en ervoor zorgt dat alles achter de schermen blijft draaien zoals het hoort.

· Technisch inzicht: Technische interesse of ervaring met machines en onderhoud is een sterke troef.

· Handig met machines: Je werkt graag praktisch en bent vlot in het omgaan met machines en technische installaties.

· Oog voor detail: nauwkeurig kunnen werken om de kwaliteit te waarborgen.

· Probleemoplossend vermogen: storingen analyseren en oplossen

· Verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel: betrouwbaarheid en nauwkeurigheid staan centraal in jouw manier van werken.

· Gestructureerd te werk gaan.

· Flexibiliteit binnen een gevarieerde functie is belangrijk.

· Een diploma is geen doorslaggevende factor; motivatie en een praktische ingesteldheid zijn belangrijker.

· Nederlands is de voertaal, maar als je een mondje Frans kan, is dit mooi meegenomen.
