Wat houdt de functie van Presales Architect in?

Als Presales Architect bij Easi speel je een cruciale rol in het begeleiden van onze klanten tijdens hun traject. Je verantwoordelijkheden omvatten:

  • Klantbetrokkenheid: analyseer klantbehoeften, identificeer uitdagingen en vertaal deze naar passende oplossingen.
  • Solution Design: ontwerp en dimensioneer geschikte oplossingen die aansluiten bij de klantvereisten.
  • Presentatie: werk samen met het Sales Team om voorgestelde oplossingen te presenteren en te verdedigen bij klanten.
  • Centrale Rol: fungeer als Single Point of Contact (SPOC) tussen klanten, Sales en Delivery Teams.

Je focusgebied ligt voornamelijk op Infrastructuur: IT-infrastructuur, Private & Public Cloud.

Je centrale positie binnen onze afdeling biedt continue kansen om zowel soft als hard skills te ontwikkelen via betrokkenheid bij complexe en uitdagende projecten.

Wat zijn je taken als Presales Architect?

Na een grondige onboarding mag je je aan volgende zaken verwachten:

  • Training: neem deel aan sessies over onze tools, processen en oplossingen binnen jouw focusgebied.
  • Interne Meetings: Presales Operational Meeting, Weekly Follow-up, Team Meeting, Sales Meeting.
  • Klantmeetings: woon (on-site of remote) meetings bij met een Sales Representative om oplossingen te kwalificeren, presenteren of verdedigen.
  • Solution Design: leid het ontwerp en de dimensionering van oplossingen met ondersteuning van andere Presales of Expert System Engineers.
  • Samenwerking met Sales: werk nauw samen met het Sales Team om hen te helpen hun doelstellingen te behalen.
  • Projectoverdracht: neem deel aan de transitiefase wanneer een getekend project wordt opgestart.
  • Procesverbetering: draag bij aan het verbeteren van de processen, templates en tools van het Presales Team.

Wie zoeken we als Presales Architect?

Must-have:

  • Bachelor- of masterdiploma in Business of IT.
  • Minimum 3 jaar ervaring, idealiter in een rol als System Engineer of Presales
  • Sterke kennis van IT-infrastructure (Server, Storage, virtualization, ...), backup (Hardware & Software) & disaster recovery en aanverwante domeinen.
  • Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels (lezen, schrijven, spreken).
  • Commerciële mindset met klantgerichte focus.
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden.

Nice to have:

  • Projectmanagement: ervaring in het opvolgen van projecten.
  • ITIL-certificaat
  • Business Development: vermogen om nieuwe commerciële opportuniteiten te identificeren.
  • Enkele jaren ervaring als System Engineer en klaar om de stap naar presales te zetten.
  • Kennis van Frans is een pluspunt.
