Kommen Sie in unser Team! Wir suchen 1 Technical Product Manager_in mit Fokus Software Architektur und AI (m/w/d) Dienstort: Salzburg, Wien oder deine Wohnung

Arbeitsmodell: Hybrid

Unternehmensbereich: Zentrale

Lust auf:

* Verantwortung für Release-Management und -Koordination, Security und Monitoring interner Produkte und Libraries unter Einhaltung definierter Qualitäts- und Zeitvorgaben

* Technische und architektonische Beratung von Entwicklungsteams bei Designentscheidungen, Technologiewahl und Lösungsarchitektur

* Aktive Mitentwicklung interner Produkte und Libraries mit Spring Boot / Java im Backend und Angular im Frontend

* Durchführung von Code- und Architektur-Reviews sowie Mentoring und Förderung des Wissenstransfers in Entwicklungsteams

* Mitgestaltung und Etablierung von Leitlinien für den qualitätsgesicherten Einsatz von AI-Tools im Entwicklungsprozess

Was du mitbringst:

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung mit Spring Boot / Java und Angular

* Hands-on-Erfahrung mit AI/LLM-Tools im Entwicklungskontext (z. B. GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude)

* Fähigkeit, technische Sachverhalte klar und zielgruppengerecht zu kommunizieren

* Idealerweise Erfahrung im Release-Management oder als Technical Lead bzw. in der Arbeit mit Nearshore-Teams sowie Kenntnisse in Security-Standards und Monitoring-Konzepten (z. B. OWASP, Observability-Stacks)

* Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
