The posting

You work in the finishing department, in a small team of about four colleagues. You do the work yourself, and because of your experience, you are also the person colleagues come to.

- You fit valves onto gas cylinders - You inspect and test cylinders, a kind of MOT check - You record all data per cylinder in the system (Access) - You divide the work and keep an eye on progress - You think beyond your own task and spot it early when something might go wrong - You are the link between the shift supervisor and your colleagues

You like working with your hands and you lead by example. You are looking for a place to stay for the long term.

- You have experience in a technical production environment, preferably a rough one - Physical work and a dirty, hot or cold workplace don't put you off - You bring people together and are comfortable addressing colleagues about agreements - You work accurately, because nothing can go wrong during an inspection - You are good with computers, because registration is a big part of the job - You speak good English; Dutch is a plus - Forklift experience is a plus
