Voor een innovatieve internationale machinebouwer in de regio Deinze zoeken we een Technical Project Engineer. In deze rol ondersteun je de realisatie van technisch complexe projecten voor klanten wereldwijd. Je zorgt ervoor dat projecten technisch goed voorbereid zijn, bewaakt de voortgang en vormt de schakel tussen engineering, productie en de klant.

Je werkt nauw samen met een ervaren Project Manager en bent betrokken bij het volledige traject: van technische voorbereiding en projectcoördinatie tot opstart en oplevering.

Jouw uitdaging Je combineert technische expertise met projectcoördinatie. Dankzij jouw gestructureerde aanpak verlopen projecten volgens planning, binnen budget en volgens de hoogste kwaliteits- en veiligheidsnormen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden Project Engineering

  • Je ondersteunt de uitvoering van meerdere internationale technische projecten.
  • Je werkt technische projectvoorstellen uit en vertaalt klantbehoeften naar concrete oplossingen.
  • Je stelt projectplanningen, technische specificaties, kostencalculaties en uitvoeringsplannen op.
  • Je bewaakt de voortgang van projecten op vlak van scope, timing, budget, kwaliteit en veiligheid.

Technische Coördinatie

  • Je zorgt ervoor dat alle technische en commerciële informatie tijdig beschikbaar is voor productie en uitvoering.
  • Je ondersteunt de voorbereiding van de productie en coördineert de technische afstemming tussen de verschillende afdelingen.
  • Je biedt ondersteuning tijdens installatie, opstart en ingebruikname van installaties.

Samenwerking

  • Je werkt intensief samen met collega's uit engineering, R&D, aankoop, productie, sales en operations.
  • Je ondersteunt de Project Manager bij de dagelijkse opvolging van projecten.
  • Je onderhoudt contacten met klanten en leveranciers gedurende de verschillende projectfasen.

Internationale projecten

  • Je bezoekt regelmatig klanten en projectlocaties om installaties op te volgen en technische ondersteuning te bieden.
  • Je bent bereid om internationaal te reizen (ongeveer 30% van je tijd).
  • Je beschikt over een masterdiploma in Elektromechanica, Mechanical Engineering of een vergelijkbare technische richting.
  • Je hebt minstens vijf jaar ervaring binnen projectengineering of technische projectcoördinatie.
  • Ervaring binnen machinebouw, industriële installaties of kapitaalgoederen vormt een sterke troef.
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk en behoudt het overzicht over meerdere projecten tegelijk.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, neemt initiatief en communiceert vlot met verschillende stakeholders.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van MS Office. Ervaring met technische softwarepakketten is een pluspunt.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en/of Engels.
  • Je bent bereid om internationaal te reizen.
