Je komt terecht in een organisatie die complete industriële installaties realiseert rond onder andere bulk handling, opslag, transport, dosering en stofafzuiging. Geen standaardmachines, maar technisch maatwerk voor klanten binnen onder meer voeding, chemie, recyclage en andere industriële sectoren.

Jobomschrijving

Voor een groeiende technische KMO in regio Sint-Niklaas zoeken we een ervaren Technical Project Lead die complexe machinebouwprojecten van A tot Z in goede banen leidt.

Dit is geen pure engineeringfunctie. Mechanical en electrical engineers nemen het detailontwerp voor hun rekening. Jij bewaakt het volledige project en zorgt ervoor dat klant, engineering, productie, montage en externe partners perfect op elkaar afgestemd blijven.

Wat Ga Je Doen

  • Je neemt meerdere technische machinebouwprojecten parallel onder jouw verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Je neemt het project over vanuit sales en vertaalt het verkochte concept naar een concreet en uitvoerbaar projectplan.
  • Je bewaakt de technische scope en stuurt mechanical en electrical engineering inhoudelijk aan.
  • Je beoordeelt of ontwerpen technisch haalbaar zijn en aansluiten bij de gemaakte afspraken en praktische uitvoering.
  • Je stelt projectplanningen op en bewaakt deadlines, prioriteiten en voortgang.
  • Je bent het centrale aanspreekpunt voor klant, engineering, productie, werkplaats en montage.
  • Je coördineert monteurs, leveranciers en externe partners.
  • Je volgt de uitvoering op locatie mee op en grijpt in wanneer techniek, kwaliteit of planning daarom vraagt.
  • Je houdt klanten gedurende het volledige traject duidelijk op de hoogte.
  • Je neemt beslissingen wanneer technische of organisatorische uitdagingen ontstaan en zoekt pragmatische oplossingen.
  • Je begeleidt projecten doorheen montage, opstart en finale oplevering.
  • Je neemt volledig ownership en zorgt ervoor dat ieder project van A tot Z onder controle blijft.

Wie Ben Je

  • Je hebt een Bachelor of Master Elektromechanica, Mechanica of een vergelijkbare technische opleiding.
  • Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring binnen machinebouw, industriële installaties of technisch maatwerk.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring in technisch projectmanagement.
  • Je bent gewend om projecten van concept of overdracht tot oplevering te begeleiden.
  • Je kunt meerdere projecten gelijktijdig structureren zonder het overzicht te verliezen.
  • Je begrijpt mechanische constructies, technische tekeningen en machinebouw voldoende om engineers inhoudelijk uit te dagen.
  • Je hoeft zelf niet dagelijks te ontwerpen, maar beschikt wel over voldoende technische bagage om beslissingen correct te beoordelen.
  • Je bent sterk in planning, organisatie en stakeholdermanagement.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en wacht niet af wanneer problemen opgelost moeten worden.
  • Je communiceert vlot met klanten, engineers, techniekers, leveranciers en partners.
  • Je voelt je thuis in een hands-on KMO-omgeving met korte lijnen en veel autonomie.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en hebt daarnaast een goede operationele kennis van Frans en Engels.
