Technical Project Manager Als Technical Project Manager werk je op het snijvlak van klanten, technologie en operations. Je begeleidt projecten en technische implementaties, pakt klantvragen en tickets op en onderzoekt bugs of andere problemen die binnenkomen. Je hoeft geen developer te zijn. Belangrijker is dat je nieuwsgierig, analytisch en communicatief sterk bent. Je vindt het leuk om uit te zoeken hoe systemen, koppelingen en processen werken en bouwt daardoor stap voor stap steeds meer technische kennis op. Een belangrijk onderdeel van de rol is stakeholdermanagement. Je schakelt met klanten, interne collega's en technische specialisten, bewaakt verwachtingen en zorgt dat iedereen weet wat de volgende stap is. Ook wanneer iets niet volgens plan verloopt, blijf je duidelijk, professioneel en diplomatiek communiceren. Wat ga je doen? - Klant- en operationsprojecten coördineren van start tot afronding. - Klanten begeleiden bij implementaties van koppelingen, integraties en tools. - Afstemmen met klanten en interne stakeholders over planning, voortgang en knelpunten. - Tickets, bugs en technische vragen onderzoeken en opvolgen. - Informatie verzamelen en een eerste analyse doen voordat je een issue doorzet naar een specialist. - Acties bewaken en zorgen dat vragen en problemen daadwerkelijk worden afgerond. - Kennis, oplossingen en werkwijzen documenteren en delen. - Samenwerken met ervaren Operations Specialists met verschillende expertisegebieden.
