The posting

Als Technical Quality Support combineer je techniek, productie en kwaliteit in een praktische functie dicht bij de werkvloer. Je onderzoekt kwaliteitsproblemen, voert metingen en controles uit en werkt mee aan structurele verbeteringen van producten en productieprocessen. Daarnaast ondersteun je R&D bij nieuwe ontwikkelingen en bewaak je samen met het kwaliteitsteam de afgesproken kwaliteitsstandaarden.

Jouw rol:

  • bewaken van de product- en proceskwaliteit en controleren of de afgesproken kwaliteitsstandaarden correct worden toegepast
  • onderzoeken van kwaliteitsproblemen op de werkvloer, uitvoeren van metingen en controles en achterhalen van de oorzaken
  • definiëren en verbeteren van inspectie- en meetmethodes en opstellen van werkinstructies en procedures
  • opvolgen van afwijkingen en corrigerende en preventieve acties
  • beheren van meetmiddelen en opvolgen van de kalibratie
  • ondersteunen van 5S en continuous improvement binnen productie
  • begeleiden van operatoren en Quality Controllers bij meetmethodes, registraties en kwaliteitseisen
  • samenwerken met R&D bij nieuwe productontwikkelingen en input geven rond maakbaarheid, kwaliteitsrisico's en controles
  • lezen van technische tekeningen en beoordelen van kritische controlematen
  • ondersteunen van proefproducties, testen en metingen bij nieuwe ontwikkelingen
  • toepassen van quality tools zoals PFMEA, SPC en RCA om risico's en kwaliteitsproblemen structureel aan te pakken
  • je beschikt over een technische bachelor, bijvoorbeeld binnen mechanica, elektromechanica, productontwikkeling, industriële wetenschappen of een gelijkaardige richting
  • bij voorkeur heb je een 2-tal jaar relevante ervaring, bij voorkeur binnen kwaliteit, engineering of een productieomgeving maar schoolverlaters zijn ook welkom
  • je hebt een sterke interesse in techniek, productie en kwaliteit
  • je bent analytisch en zoekt technische problemen graag grondig uit om tot duurzame oplossingen te komen
  • je bent graag aanwezig op de werkvloer en voert zelf metingen, controles en testen uit
  • je neemt initiatief en verantwoordelijkheid en stemt tegelijk vlot af met collega's
  • naast het Nederlands heb je een goede kennis van het Engels
  • ervaring met FMEA, SPC, RCA, 5S en/of metaalbewerking is een sterke troef
