Techniek, productie en kwaliteit combineren? En liever ontdekken hoe iets écht gemaakt wordt dan de hele dag achter een computer zitten? Als Technical Quality Support ben je een belangrijke schakel tussen R&D, productie en kwaliteit. Je analyseert problemen, doet metingen, denkt mee over nieuwe producten en zoekt samen met collega's naar manieren om onze processen en producten continu te verbeteren.

Wat ga je doen

Je werkt zelfstandig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid op, maar staat er niet alleen voor. Je stemt regelmatig af met de Quality Coordinator, aan wie je rechtstreeks rapporteert, om te bewaken dat controles, werkwijzen en verbeteracties correct worden uitgevoerd en in lijn zijn met de kwaliteitsstandaarden, procedures en afspraken van bematrix.

Dit is geen bureaujob waarbij je enkel rapporten en kwaliteitsdocumenten opvolgt. Je maakt deel uit van een kwaliteitsteam en werkt nauw samen met de Quality Coordinator en collega's uit productie, R&D en engineering. Je bent regelmatig op de werkvloer te vinden, praat met operatoren, bekijkt hoe processen verlopen en steekt zelf de handen uit de mouwen. Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat de kwaliteitsstandaarden en procedures van bematrix correct worden toegepast én continu verbeteren.

→ Je bewaakt de product- en proceskwaliteit en verifieert of de afgesproken kwaliteitsstandaarden correct worden toegepast.

→ Je onderzoekt (samen met het kwaliteitsteam) kwaliteitsproblemen op de werkvloer, voert metingen en controles uit en zoekt naar de root cause.

→ Je definieert en verbetert inspectie- en meetmethodes en stelt werkinstructies en Standard Operating Procedures op.

→ Je volgt afwijkingen, corrigerende en preventieve acties op en stemt belangrijke acties af met de Quality Coordinator.

→ Je beheert meetmiddelen en volgt de kalibratie op.

→ Je ondersteunt 5S en continuous improvement binnen productie.

→ Je begeleidt operatoren en Quality Controllers bij meetmethodes, registraties en kwaliteitseisen.

→ Je werkt nauw samen met R&D bij nieuwe productontwikkelingen en geeft input rond maakbaarheid, kwaliteitsrisico's en controles.

→ Je leest technische tekeningen en beoordeelt kritische controlematen.

→ Je ondersteunt proefproducties, testen en metingen bij nieuwe ontwikkelingen.

→ Je gebruikt quality tools zoals PFMEA, SPC en RCA om risico's en problemen structureel aan te pakken.

→ Je signaleert afwijkingen van procedures of kwaliteitsafspraken en bespreekt deze met de betrokken collega's en de Quality Coordinator.

→ Je werkt nauw samen met het hoofdkantoor van bematrix en maakt gebruik van de expertise van R&D, Finance, IT, Purchasing, Marketing, HR en Operations. Tegelijk behoud je de ondernemende mindset en wendbaarheid van een groeiende business.
