Jouw uitdaging

Als Technical Recruiter & Sales combineer je verschillende domeinen: rekrutering, technische matching, klantencontact, sales en planning. Geen dag is hetzelfde: je zoekt actief naar technisch talent, bouwt relaties op met kandidaten en zorgt voor de juiste match tussen technieker en opdracht.

Rekrutering & talent acquisition

  • Actief zoeken naar nieuwe techniekers en zelfstandige technische profielen via verschillende instroomkanalen.
  • De administratieve opvolging van de instroom- en rekruteringsprocedure en registratie in ons CRM-systeem.
  • Technische ervaring, verwachtingen en mogelijkheden van kandidaten in kaart brengen.
  • Organiseren van technische testen en uitwerken van loonvoorstellen en tariefafspraken.
  • Doorheen het rekruteringstraject: van het eerste contact met de kandidaat tot het moment onze nieuwe technieker effectief in dienst zal komen. Daarna verzorgt de HR collega het onboardingstraject.
  • Opstellen en publiceren van vacatures.
  • Vertegenwoordigen van Daenens Outsourcing op jobbeurzen en organiseren van jobdagen.

Matching & klantenondersteuning

  • Opmaak van profielschetsen en voorstellingen.
  • Opvolgen van kandidaten bij klanten.
  • Detecteren van opportuniteiten voor beschikbare techniekers

Sales

  • Opmaak van profielschetsen, voorstellingsmails en opvolging van de voorgestelde techniekers bij de bestaande klanten + administratieve opvolging van deze commerciële contacten in ons CRM-systeem,
  • Het prospecteren van nieuwe potentiële klanten met of zonder een beschikbare technieker via telefoon, mail en bezoeken.
  • De samenwerkingsovereenkomst uitwerken en afhandeling A tot Z + registratie in ons CRM-systeem
  • Het onderhouden van klantencontacten op regelmatige basis
  • Het sporadisch aanwezig zijn op klant- en netwerkevents georganiseerd door en voor klanten.

Planning & coördinatie

  • Correcte planning en communicatie vanuit het planningssysteem.
  • Opvolging tussen techniekers, klanten en interne collega's.
  • Actief zoeken naar oplossingen en opportuniteiten.

Jouw profiel

  • Bachelor diploma of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en vlot in Nederlands, Frans en een mondje Engels.
  • Energie krijgen van het zoeken naar talent en bouwen van relaties.
  • Georganiseerd, nauwkeurig en resultaatgericht werken.
  • Flexibele doener die snel kan schakelen.
  • Ervaring met technische profielen is een meerwaarde.
