The posting

  • Begeleiden van industriële technische projecten op veiligheidstechnisch vlak, vanaf concept tot en met oplevering bij de klant.
  • Zoeken en uitwerken van oplossingen voor veiligheidsproblemen in elektriciteit, mechanica, pneumatica en eventueel hydraulica.
  • Ontwerpen en beoordelen van mechanische afschermingen, elektrische veiligheidskringen en detectiesystemen.
  • Adviseren van collega's zoals project engineers, projectmanagers en techniekers, evenals klanten, over veiligheidsaspecten.
  • Opvolgen van gekozen materialen en de correcte uitvoering van veiligheidsvoorzieningen op de werf en in de werkplaats.
  • Testen van veiligheidscomponenten en borgen van een betrouwbare werking in de installatie.
  • Opmaken van risico-inventarisaties en risico-evaluaties volgens EN ISO 12100 op basis van vergaderingen met engineering.
  • Uitwerken van veiligheidsmatrices en andere technische documenten die de gekozen veiligheidsconcepten onderbouwen.
  • Opstellen van duidelijke gebruiksaanwijzingen en technische documentatie voor gerealiseerde projecten.
  • Formuleren van EG-verklaringen van overeenstemming, EU-conformiteitsverklaringen en inbouwverklaringen.
  • Actief opvolgen van wetgeving en normen rond machinerichtlijn, ATEX, chemische en thermische veiligheid en ergonomie.
  • Samenwerken met verschillende interne afdelingen om veilige en conforme oplossingen te realiseren binnen projectdeadlines.
  • Deelnemen aan overlegmomenten met engineering en projectteams om risico's te analyseren en maatregelen af te stemmen.
  • Ondersteunen van het salesteam en projectleiders met technisch veiligheidsadvies waar nodig.
  • Bereid zijn tot buitenlandse verplaatsingen voor opvolging, testen of oplevering van installaties bij klanten.
  • Masterdiploma in de technische wetenschappen en uitgesproken interesse in industriële veiligheid.
  • Solide basiskennis van elektriciteit, mechanica en pneumatica; kennis van hydraulica is een pluspunt (nice-to-have).
  • Vlot kunnen overleggen en technisch advies helder uitleggen aan collega's en klanten, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Sterk in begrijpend lezen en in staat juridische en normatieve teksten te analyseren zonder details te verliezen.
  • Comfortabel werken met het Office-pakket en AutoCAD; ervaring met SolidWorks is een plus (nice-to-have).
  • Goede kennis van het Nederlands en Engels; kennis van Frans of Duits is een bijkomend voordeel (nice-to-have).
  • Bereidheid om continu bij te leren, zelfstandig én in team te werken en in het bezit van rijbewijs B voor verplaatsingen.
