In regio Torhout vind je een KMO die al meer dan 30 jaar industriële klanten ondersteunt met slimme componenten en doordacht technisch advies voor hun machines en installaties.

Om aan de stijgende klantenvraag te voldoen, wordt het interne salesteam uitgebreid van drie naar vier collega's. Jij wordt het technische aanspreekpunt op kantoor en vormt de schakel tussen klanten en de buitendienst. Terwijl zij op de baan zijn, zorg jij intern voor een vlotte opvolging: je adviseert klanten, stelt offertes op en beantwoordt hun technische en commerciële vragen.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Als Inside Sales Engineer ondersteun je de buitendienst door offertes op te maken voor complexere aanvragen
  • Klanten kunnen bij jou terecht voor advies over producten, prijzen en levertermijnen
  • Je volgt offertes op en verwerkt bestellingen via het ERP-systeem
  • Bij klachten ga je oplossingsgericht te werk en volg je alles efficiënt op
  • Je onderhoudt dagelijks contact met klanten en denkt actief mee over verbeteringen in de service
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor of master in een technische richting, of gelijkwaardige ervaring
  • Daarnaast communiceer je vlot in het Nederlands en kan je je ook goed uitdrukken in het Frans en Engels
  • Je hebt een uitgesproken interesse in techniek en houdt van klantencontact
