Als Technical Sales bouw je langdurige klantenrelaties uit in de regio Oost-en West Vlaanderen, adviseer je garages en herstelbedrijven over innovatieve producten en word je stap voor stap klaargestoomd voor een toekomstig groeitraject binnen sales management.

Een gevestigde internationale producent met meer dan 50 jaar expertise in hoogwaardige reinigings oplossingen voor de automotive sector. Dankzij eigen onderzoekscentra, laboratoria en productiefaciliteiten ontwikkelen ze innovatieve producten die vandaag in meer dan 20 landen worden ingezet.

Omschrijving

  • Uitbouwen (50%) en onderhouden (50%) van een klantenportefeuille binnen garages, carrosseriebedrijven en herstelcentra
  • Actief prospecteren en nieuwe klanten overtuigen van de meerwaarde van het aanbod
  • Versterken van bestaande partnerships via advies en commerciële opvolging
  • Geven van demo's en productopleidingen in de werkplaats
  • Optreden als sparringpartner voor zaakvoerders, werkplaatsverantwoordelijken en techniekers
  • Uitwerken van commerciële acties binnen jouw regio
  • Rapporteren aan de Sales Manager en zelfstandig beheren van jouw agenda en regio
  • Meewerken aan evenementen, beurzen en klantendagen
  • Op termijn doorgroeien binnen een voorzien ontwikkelings- en coachingstraject richting sales management
  • Bachelor denkniveau of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Eerste commerciële ervaring of relevante technische achtergrond binnen automotive
  • Ervaring als autotechnieker, service advisor, parts advisor of verkoper binnen een garageomgeving is zeker een troef
  • Sterke interesse in de automotive sector
  • Nederlands uitstekend, kennis van Frans is een plus (geen must)
  • Goede kennis van CRM-systemen en courante MS Office-toepassingen
  • Commercieel ingesteld en sterk in het uitbouwen van relaties
  • Zelfstandig, ondernemend en resultaatgericht
  • Sterke communicatie- en presentatievaardigheden
  • Ambitie om op termijn een coachende of leidinggevende rol op te nemen
