  • Fungeert als technisch en commercieel aanspreekpunt voor klantaanvragen binnen een technisch productiebedrijf.
  • Analyseert technische klantvragen grondig en beoordeelt de technische haalbaarheid van de gevraagde oplossingen.
  • Verwerkt aanvragen tot correcte calculaties en stelt inhoudelijk onderbouwde offertes op.
  • Stem je offertes af op zowel technische vereisten als financiële en commerciële randvoorwaarden.
  • Bespreekt voorstellen en oplossingen met klanten en licht technische keuzes helder toe.
  • Overlegt nauw met interne collega's uit onder meer engineering, productie en planning om dossiers correct af te stemmen.
  • Volgt projecten op vanaf de initiële aanvraag tot en met de uiteindelijke oplevering bij de klant.
  • Blijft betrokken nadat een project is toegekend en bewaakt de gemaakte afspraken doorheen het traject.
  • Signaleert technische vragen of wijzigingen tijdig en schakelt snel om impact op planning, budget en uitvoering te beperken.
  • Documenteert berekeningen, offertes en gemaakte afspraken zorgvuldig zodat dossiers helder overdraagbaar blijven.
  • Draagt bij aan een efficiënte offerteflow door verbeterpunten in aanpak of processen mee aan te geven.
  • Combineert dagelijkse taken zoals analyse, overleg, calculatie en klantcontact tot een afwisselende werkweek.
  • Beschikt over een relevante technische achtergrond waardoor je klantvragen inhoudelijk begrijpt.
  • Brengt ervaring mee met minstens één van de domeinen calculatie, commercieel werk of technische projectopvolging.
  • Analyseert technische problemen graag grondig en denkt gestructureerd in oplossingen.
  • Communiceert klantgericht en weet technische informatie helder en professioneel toe te lichten.
  • Gaat vlot om met verschillende softwaretoepassingen en digitale tools voor calculatie en offerteopmaak.
  • Werkt zelfstandig, stemt tegelijk goed af met collega's en onderhoudt constructief contact met klanten.
  • Drukt je vlot uit in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
