Als Technical Sales Engineer ben jij het visitekaartje van de organisatie richting (potentiële) opdrachtgevers. Je combineert jouw technische kennis met commercieel inzicht om nieuwe projecten binnen te halen en bestaande relaties te versterken. Je bent de schakel tussen de markt en het engineeringteam, waarbij je zorgt dat technische mogelijkheden worden vertaald naar concrete kansen. Je dag begint vaak met het voorbereiden van klantgesprekken of het uitwerken van offertes. Je analyseert projecten, denkt mee over technische oplossingen en vertaalt deze naar heldere voorstellen. Daarnaast bezoek je regelmatig (potentiële) opdrachtgevers om de mogelijkheden van integrale engineering toe te lichten. Je bouwt aan langdurige relaties en zorgt ervoor dat het bureau top-of-mind blijft bij beslissers in de bouwsector. Jouw werkzaamheden in het kort: - Actief acquireren van nieuwe klanten en projecten in de utiliteitsbouw; - Onderhouden en uitbouwen van bestaande klantrelaties; - Vertalen van technische mogelijkheden naar commerciële kansen; - Opstellen van offertes en presentaties voor complexe engineeringprojecten; - Deelnemen aan netwerkevenementen en vakbeurzen; - Samenwerken met het engineeringteam om haalbare oplossingen te ontwikkelen; - Marktanalyses uitvoeren en kansen identificeren; - Bijdragen aan de strategische groei van de organisatie.

Doorgroeimogelijkheden zijn volop aanwezig. Je kunt jezelf ontwikkelen richting een leidinggevende rol binnen de commerciële afdeling of je verdiepen in specifieke marktsegmenten. De organisatie investeert graag in jouw ontwikkeling door middel van trainingen, cursussen en coaching. Ook is er ruimte om mee te denken over de strategische koers en nieuwe diensten te ontwikkelen.
