Vanuit Aalter ondersteunt Actemium bedrijven in de voedingsindustrie bij het bouwen en optimaliseren van productielijnen, het verhogen van efficiëntie en het ontwikkelen van flexibele en duurzame oplossingen.

Voor de verdere groei van de Business Unit Food zoekt Actemium een Technical Sales Manager: iemand die klanten begrijpt, verbindt en samen met het team strategische oplossingen ontwikkelt.

Jouw functie

Als Technical Sales Engineer ben jij het commerciële aanspreekpunt voor klanten binnen de voedingsindustrie, met een duidelijke focus op IT- en digitalisatieprocessen. Je combineert business development met technische bagage. Zo bouw je duurzame klantrelaties uit en vertaal je commerciële noden naar technische oplossingen.

  • Je begeleidt trajecten van eerste gesprekken en offertes tot uitvoering en oplevering, waarbij jij de brug vormt tussen de klant, techniek en projectteams.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met multidisciplinaire teams (IT, data, digitalisatie, industriële software, mechanisch, elektrisch en automatisering) en fungeert als inhoudelijke én commerciële sparringpartner.
  • Als coördinator bewaak je de scope, budget, kwaliteit en klanttevredenheid en zorg je voor een vlot projectverloop.
  • Je bouwt een sterk netwerk uit binnen de voedingsindustrie en volgt markttrends en nieuwe technologieën actief op.
  • Daarnaast vertegenwoordig je Actemium op beurzen en events. Zo draag je bij aan de verdere strategische groei van de business.
  • In deze rol rapporteer je aan de Business Unit Manager.
  • Met jouw technische achtergrond en ervaring in een technisch-commerciële rol denk jij oplossingsgericht mee over klantvraagstukken.
  • Je hebt affiniteit met IT en digitalisatie binnen industriële omgevingen; ervaring in de voedingssector is een plus.
  • Je voelt je comfortabel in een commerciële rol en haalt energie uit new business en klantenontwikkeling.
  • Dankzij sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en technisch inzicht weet jij klanten en interne teams te verbinden.
  • Je bent een enthousiaste teamplayer met een hands-on mentaliteit en groeipotentieel.
