Een klant heeft een vraagstuk rondom waterbehandeling. Aan jou de uitdaging om uit te zoeken: wat heeft deze klant echt nodig en hoe kunnen wij daar technisch en commercieel de beste oplossing voor bieden? Als technical sales engineer bij Jotem Water Solutions ben jij de technische spil binnen ons commerciële traject. Je vertaalt klantvragen naar concrete technische oplossingen, maakt schematische ontwerpen en calculaties en stelt de offerte op. Daarmee ben je betrokken bij het hele traject: van de eerste aanvraag tot een opdracht die klaar is om overgedragen te worden aan de afdeling Projecten. Share on: Wat ga je doen? Als technical sales engineer werk je binnen onze afdeling sales en ben je verantwoordelijk voor de technisch-commerciële uitwerking van aanvragen. Je analyseert de klantvraag, specificaties of bestekken en denkt mee in welke technische oplossing daarbij past en stemt waar nodig af met je technische collega's. Vervolgens vertaal je dit naar een calculatie en een complete offerte voor de klant. Je kijkt daarbij verder dan alleen de aanvraag die vandaag op je bureau ligt. Je gebruikt kennis en ervaringen uit eerdere projecten om nieuwe calculaties en ontwerpen steeds slimmer te maken en denkt actief mee over modularisatie van onze oplossingen en werkprocessen. Concreet betekent dit dat je onder andere: - klantaanvragen, specificaties en bestekken analyseert; - klantbehoeften vertaalt naar technische concepten en oplossingen; - technische calculaties en kostprijsberekeningen maakt; - benodigde materialen, equipment en appendages bepaalt; - prijzen en technische informatie opvraagt bij leveranciers; - technische haalbaarheid, kostprijs, marge en ...
